I’ve spent 15 years in Human Resources. Strategizing how to align talent with business need. I have been in rooms where decisions on roles were made. I know what that process looks like from inside a business.
I have survived both sides of layoffs. The uncertainty of losing a role and the weight of staying while being expected to carry more after others were gone.
When it was my turn, I saw it coming before they called me in. I had read the signals, accepted the canceled meetings, and prepared. I knew what it meant.
When the IM came asking me to come to an unplanned meeting with senior leadership - I knew. I packed my desk (thank goodness for post-COVID times with shared workspaces), processed what was being told to me, tried to not get too ahead of myself and when I walked out of the building I stopped took it all in.
I was not panicked. I was ready.
I created clear steps, identified my strengths and what I enjoyed doing, then applied for roles with intention. Six weeks later I had a new job.
What I realized afterward was that most people do not have that moment of clarity when it happens to them. They freeze. They spiral. They apply to everything and hear nothing back. Not because they are not qualified. Because they do not have a structure to work from.
I built the Reset Framework from that experience, I want you to experience the same success I did, with intention.

I Have a Passion for Seeing People Succeed
Having experienced a layoff something clicked - I wasn’t the job.
I had to put myself first and focus on what I wanted in my next career move so I could get back to supporting my family.
I got to embrace being outdoors, doing yoga, listen to podcasts, completing puzzles and read.
After I got settled into a great job. I decided to become a beekeeper and continue my love of traveling with family and friends.
Then I decided to build this coaching business.
I was tired of hearing people struggle to find a job, bomb an interview, or jump into a job they hate because they felt desperate.
That’s where the Reset Framework comes in.
Just like honeybees healthy hives don’t panic. They raise a new queen, reorganize roles, and rebuild.
